Obstetrics Care Provider (CNM or NP - TX License)

Minimum of 4 years obstetrics experience as an APP Experience treating high-risk patients Some experience caring for infants Passion for optimizing evidence-based care and perinatal outcomes Experience using data to drive patient engagement and outcomes Experience leading successful teams with outstanding collaboration Ability to approach process change and ambiguous situations Facility using multiple tech platforms and eagerness to advise on improvements Eagerness to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment Phenomenal interpersonal and communication skills NP or CNM with significant experience in obstetrics and infant care

Provide direct patient care and clinical oversight Attend daily clinical huddles Review complex patient cases and develop care plans Monitor adverse events and hold clinical retros Lead development and review of evidence-based medical protocols Actively participate in on-call schedules
