Syndication Portfolio Manager (Remote WA, OR, ID & CA)

Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics or other related field Required 4 or more years of commercial lending experience Required Ability to work with underwriting and others on a collaborative basis. Strong knowledge of commercial lending regulations and leveraged lending guidance. Advanced analytical skills, including financial modeling, covenant analytics, sensitivity testing and identification of early warning indicators. Advanced Excel, Power Point and Word skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Monitor and report on the financial health of the syndicated loan portfolio. Track portfolio performance for delinquency, charge-offs, and risk migration. Provide regular feedback to senior management. Direct day-to-day monitoring of the syndicated loan portfolio. Maintain direct contact with external agents for reporting. Assist with loan trade settlement and portfolio administration. Collaborate with credit underwriters and relationship managers. Prepare internal credit monitoring reports and annual reviews. Evaluate amendments, waivers and borrower requests. Ensure compliance with internal credit policies, regulatory expectations and loan agreements.
