Commercial Loan Funder & Boarding Team Lead (Remote - WA, ID, OR, CA)

Associate's degree in a related field required. 4 or more years of experience in commercial loan servicing required. 2 or more years of supervisory experience preferred. Advanced knowledge of commercial loan documentation, workflow, boarding, and funding requirements. Solid understanding of financial contracts, bank regulatory compliance issues, and perfection of security interest. Knowledge of basic accounting principles. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask with strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal skills with ability to communicate professionally and effectively. Ability to coach and mentor staff. Ability to lead a team and work in a deadline-driven environment. Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations relating to loan servicing.

Ensure integrity of loan funding and bookings. Process loan funding and bookings accurately and within service level standards. Verify closing documents are properly executed and collected. Board complex commercial and commercial real estate loans. Assist in developing procedures and training staff. Manage service levels, workflow, and accuracy of daily metrics. Establish tracking metrics for tax records and pending collateral documentation. Utilize Jack Henry and LaserPro. Comply with policies, procedures, security requirements, and regulations.
