Business Development Manager - Government/Utilities ( Remote / Travel)

Proven track record in business development, pre-sales, or sales roles involving technical or infrastructure solutions. Strong ability to build trust and close deals. Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders (customers, OEMs, installation teams, utilities, internal departments). Experience developing and managing quotations, proposals, and pricing structures for complex technical projects. Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical experience with EV charging and/or complex fleets. Ability to work across multiple disciplines to troubleshoot project roadblocks. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Identify, engage, and close deals with municipalities and utility fleet operators for EV charging infrastructure. Assess client charging needs, infrastructure limitations, and roadmaps for tailored proposals. Gather and present quotes from charger manufacturers, electrical contractors, and infrastructure providers. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, OEMs, installation teams, and internal departments. Act as a trusted advisor on EV charging technology, best practices, and operational challenges. Stay informed about EV industry trends, regulatory developments, and the competitive landscape.
