Requirements
- BA/BS required; advanced degree is a plus
- 6+ years of Business Development or related experience
- Ability to work cross-functionally across teams and within the deal lifecycle
- Ability to structure, analyze, and solve complex business problems, and deliver impact
- Proven track record of complex problem solving and decision-making skills
- Strong analytical skills and team player
- Exposure to B2B sales (desirable)
- Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce or other CRMs (desirable)
- Experience working in both U.S and LATAM (desirable)
- Experience with or interest in crypto and blockchain (desirable)
- Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Landing and growing strategic partnerships
- Serve as a trusted expert advisor to third-party partners
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and deliver events, content, and offers
- Create robust activation and growth programming
- Deliver on company-level business objectives
