Requirements

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, technology support, or a related field
- Knowledge in Insurance is a plus
- Bachelors Degree
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Agile methodology
- Process mapping and impact analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration
Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between Business and IT to deliver solutions that meet organizational needs.
- Support systems and initiatives such as agent email provisioning, record retrievals, agent texting, and APEX (agency CRM).
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Assist in business case development, including cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, and project scope definition.
- Perform impact analysis and support effort and cost estimation.
- Contribute to user acceptance testing (UAT), implementation, and training activities.
- Develop process maps, functional specifications, and preliminary systems design documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and Agile teams to prioritize and deliver capabilities.
- Conduct quality reviews on project deliverables and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Research and investigate system issues, compliance requests, and technical requirements.
