Requirements:

  • Create consistent and impactful messaging frameworks that highlight Figment’s unique advantages.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities and refine positioning.
  • Develop and maintain product marketing assets, including: Product documentation and user guides, Presentations, FAQs, and one-pagers for sales enablement, Explainer videos, webinars, and onboarding materials for customers, Case studies and ROI calculators.
  • Collaborate with demand generation teams to create content for campaigns, including blog posts, white papers, and social media assets.
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to plan and execute product launches, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and prepared.
  • Develop campaigns to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement for new and existing products.
  • Monitor and analyze product adoption rates and feedback to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Work closely with the sales team to create tools and training materials that help close deals effectively.
  • Support customer success by producing educational resources to address common questions and improve customer experience.
