- Own customer contracting from first redline through signature, working closely with the Head of Legal on complex edge cases and process improvements.
- Drive payer trading partner agreements and key vendor agreements to close quickly and within our risk profile while maintaining our rigorous compliance standards.
- Be a strategic partner across Stedi, using your legal expertise to further our business interests.
- Negotiate BAAs as part of customer, payer, and vendor deals, and get most of them to signature without escalation.
- Improve, expand, and automate playbooks and workflows.
