- Own systems for customer business and identity verification, provisioning, user roles, permissions, and access.
- Build and own billing systems for configuring complex pricing and contract structures at scale.
- Prepare pricing, contract terms, entitlements, and access controls so new products are sellable at launch.
- Define the customer account lifecycle from signup to closure and build workflows that keep billing, access, contracts, and customer communication in sync.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to define internal tooling and customer-facing workflows for buying and using Stedi.
- Build workflows and automations that replace manual processes.
- Run analyses for GTM and Finance on pricing, packaging, and product usage.
