- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in SaaS, blockchain, or a technology-driven industry.
- Proven ability to develop effective product positioning, messaging, and marketing materials.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and support.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively.

- Create consistent and impactful messaging frameworks that highlight Figment’s unique advantages.
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities and refine positioning.
- Develop and maintain product marketing assets, including: Product documentation and user guides, Presentations, FAQs, and one-pagers for sales enablement, Explainer videos, webinars, and onboarding materials for customers, Case studies and ROI calculators.
- Collaborate with demand generation teams to create content for campaigns, including blog posts, white papers, and social media assets.
- Partner with product and marketing teams to plan and execute product launches, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and prepared.
- Develop campaigns to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement for new and existing products.
- Monitor and analyze product adoption rates and feedback to adjust strategies as needed.
- Work closely with the sales team to create tools and training materials that help close deals effectively.
- Support customer success by producing educational resources to address common questions and improve customer experience.
- Provide ongoing training to internal teams on product updates, new features, and key benefits.
- Measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives (e.g., adoption rates, customer satisfaction, and campaign performance).
- Use data and customer feedback to refine messaging, materials, and product positioning.
