- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company, preferably with experience in manufacturing, data visualization, or analytics tools.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and go-to-market strategies for software platforms.
- Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and the ability to speak the language of our target audience (e.g., plant managers, engineers, production teams).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling product messaging and content.
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for measuring and optimizing marketing performance.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and wear multiple hats when needed.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to take ownership and adapt to the dynamic needs of a growing startup.
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including product launches, feature rollouts, and market positioning.
- Collaborate with the product and sales teams to craft clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging that speaks to our target market—manufacturing professionals.
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify customer pain points, needs, and trends. Use these insights to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
- Develop engaging content such as whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, website copy, email campaigns, and webinars that highlight product benefits and use cases.
- Provide the sales team with the tools, training, and collateral they need to effectively sell the product, including product one-pagers, battlecards, and presentations.
- Partner with the marketing team to create campaigns that drive awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition, focusing on specific personas in the manufacturing sector.
- Track key performance metrics and use data to refine product messaging, marketing strategies, and campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors, providing insights and recommendations to stay ahead in the market.
