Experience within the K12 education market is preferred. Demonstrated experience with sales and service processes, customer billing, accounts receivable and vendor interactions required. Demonstrated working knowledge of Salesforce required. At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing support role required. Incomparable people skills with ability to handle complicated situations with poise. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to efficiently multitask and prioritize appropriately in a fast paced environment.
