Requirements:

• Expertise in D2C digital marketing with a proven ability to launch effective digital ad campaigns.
• Prior experience with Google, Meta, and Reddit for ad campaign optimization.
• Direct experience in mobile app marketing and platforms such as App Store Ads is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Braze, HubSpot, or MailChimp.
• Positive attitude, adaptability to change, and experience in a high growth start-up are preferable.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with remote teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in automotive, utilities, or renewables is interesting but not essential.

Responsibilities:

• Launching and scaling EV smart charging programs for utility clients across the US West Coast.
• Planning, executing, testing, and refining digital marketing campaigns supporting utility and CCA managed charging programs.
• Collaborating with client success managers, program managers, and graphic designers to launch new programs and campaigns.
• Managing account reporting for utility partner marketing programs as needed.
• Maintaining a hands-on and creative approach to solve challenges in a start-up environment.
