Senior Financial Analyst

Undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Finance or Accounting Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Ability to work closely with business partners to provide insight and guidance Demonstrated ability to turn financial data into relevant insights that support sound decisions Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning Ability to develop complex financial models Self-starter with a positive attitude Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Attention to detail Demonstrated drive for continuous process improvement Ability to balance multiple responsibilities with competing deadlines

Partner with cross-functional groups on monthly financial reporting, headcount reporting, variance analysis, and ad hoc financial analysis Support the annual budget through cross functional collaboration Assist cross-functional groups with M&A due diligence Deliver reporting and key insights in workforce planning, annual recurring revenue, and new bookings Create and drive adoption of improved financial processes and policies Drive continuous improvements in reporting & analysis through Workday Adaptive Planning Support ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives
