• Fluent level of Dutch and English.

• In-depth understanding of company services and industry position.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes.
• Demonstrated ability to initiate prospects, close deals, and achieve quotas.
• Ability to build trust with clients and work as an advisor.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience in the HR industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Create 'Land' opportunity deals with accurate close dates.
• Maintain a clean pipeline of high velocity opportunities.
• Efficiently present and deliver all information to potential clients.
• Proactively answer client queries and ensure effective communication.
• Collaborate with internal departments supporting client experience.
• Close sales deals while guiding clients through the process.
• Identify new opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
