3+ years in project management (planning, monitoring, control, decision-making facilitation). Proven ability to influence and mentor team members. Experience in business process design (a strong technical background is a plus). Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Proven project management experience in tech/IT companies. Understanding of agile software development methodologies like Scrum or Kanban. Familiarity with task boards like Jira, Shortcut, Notion, etc. English proficiency—Upper intermediate or native level.
