Project manager

3+ years in project management (planning, monitoring, control, decision-making facilitation). Proven ability to influence and mentor team members. Experience in business process design (a strong technical background is a plus). Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Proven project management experience in tech/IT companies. Understanding of agile software development methodologies like Scrum or Kanban. Familiarity with task boards like Jira, Shortcut, Notion, etc. English proficiency—Upper intermediate or native level.

Work with cross-functional teams to help deliver IT products and services. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information. Create, manage, and publish project plans and associated documentation. Manage project risk, scope, schedule, and resource alignment to ensure predictable product delivery. Track project health and anticipate and intercept cross-functional blockers. Coordinate the internal work of the design and development teams.
