Senior Project Manager (06 months contract leading to permanent)

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Project Manager, with at least 5 years of experience in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Extensive experience with Jira boards and Confluence
• Knowledge of AI tools, workflows, and APIs is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to clearly define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Architectural asks into Jira tasks and help with time estimation from development
• Ensure user test cases are fully documented and tracked as well to provide reporting on bug and development efficiency
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Produce regular project status updates and executive reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date project documentation.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) while ensuring adherence to Agile best practices.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices to enhance team performance.
• Continuously improve Agile processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Translate business requirements into technical language for developers to ensure clarity in execution.
