- Facilitate internal communication between multiple internal stakeholders across disciplines
- Facilitate external communication with clients including updates, presentations, and status calls
- Monitor and report on client performance on a regular basis
- Work closely with project managers to understand and communicate timelines to clients
- Deliver internal reports and client business updates on a regular basis
- Support Account Management team as needed
