Responsibilities:
Obtain patient insurance information. Contact insurance companies to verify coverage of necessary procedures. Enter patient benefit information accurately. Enter notes on upcoming appointments. Work with offices and Call Center Representatives regarding changes in patients’ insurance. Follow up with monthly eligibility until surgery has been performed.
