- 3 years of dental PPO verification experience.
- 2 years of insurance verification experience.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets.
- Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Obtain patient insurance information.
- Contact insurance companies to verify coverage of necessary procedures.
- Enter patient benefit information accurately.
- Enter notes on upcoming appointments.
- Work with offices and Call Center Representatives regarding changes in patients’ insurance.
- Follow up with monthly eligibility until surgery has been performed.
