Coaching certification from an ICF or CCE accredited organization and 10+ years of work experience, or an MBA and 20+ years of senior management experience. Bonus for 100+ hours of coaching in the last two years. College degree preferred; bonus for degrees in Psychology, Counseling, or Management. Bonus for a Masters or extra certification in leadership coaching. At least 10+ years of total work experience; bonus for HR, talent development or executive coaching experience. Passion for coaching managers and high-performers.

Provide 1-on-1 coaching to clients to enhance their leadership skills. Work with clients to create personalized development plans and track their progress. Ensure regular communication with clients to meet their needs and achieve objectives. Utilize Exec's platform for high-quality coaching sessions. Deliver exceptional service to help clients achieve leadership goals.
