- Conduct in-depth behavioral talent interviews to gain insights into candidates' motivations and behaviors.

- Consider employer branding and candidate experience in hiring.
- Review and improve hiring processes and tools for continuous enhancement.
- Collaborate with external partners to maximize ROI.
