Exceptional academic background with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Psychology-based subject. Strong analytical problem-solving skills using R or Python, SQL, statistical analysis, and BI tools. Familiarity with psychometric assessments and their interpretation. Experience conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews. Appreciation of talent metrics and how to predict and measure success. Passion for scientific approaches in talent selection. High organization skills for effective remote work. Willingness to travel for company events 2-4 times a year.
Responsibilities:
Drive talent analytics to provide the business with insights and enhance hiring processes. Conduct in-depth behavioral talent interviews to gain insights into candidates' motivations and behaviors. Build relationships with stakeholders to monitor hiring activities and ensure operational consistency. Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making processes. Consider employer branding and candidate experience in hiring. Review and improve hiring processes and tools for continuous enhancement. Collaborate with external partners to maximize ROI.
