Requirements

  • Exceptional academic background (high school and university).
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Psychology or a People-based subject.
  • Experience of hiring talent in the technology industry.
  • Informed viewpoint on graduate hiring is essential.
  • Highly data-driven mindset with the ability to create measurable outcomes using SQL.
  • Passionate about scientific approaches to talent selection.
  • Exposure/appreciation of psychometric assessments is preferable.
  • Experience of conducting behavioral, competency-based interviews.
  • Ability to train stakeholders and advise on interview best practices.
  • Experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn, Superset, Thomas International/DISC assessments is advantageous.
  • High level of personal organization and self-drive for remote work.
  • Willingness to travel to company events 2-4 times a year for up to two weeks each.
