Requirements
- Exceptional academic background (high school and university).
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Psychology or a People-based subject.
- Experience of hiring talent in the technology industry.
- Informed viewpoint on graduate hiring is essential.
- Highly data-driven mindset with the ability to create measurable outcomes using SQL.
- Passionate about scientific approaches to talent selection.
- Exposure/appreciation of psychometric assessments is preferable.
- Experience of conducting behavioral, competency-based interviews.
- Ability to train stakeholders and advise on interview best practices.
- Experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn, Superset, Thomas International/DISC assessments is advantageous.
- High level of personal organization and self-drive for remote work.
- Willingness to travel to company events 2-4 times a year for up to two weeks each.
