Responsibilities:
  • Identify, source and close net new business opportunities in the small business sector (1-25 employees).
  • Balance primarily passive leads with qualifying inbound leads.
  • Conduct approximately 1-3 discovery calls per day to uncover pain points and provide value.
  • Run 1-3 demos daily for prospective customers.
  • Educate prospects through the sales cycle (average 30 days) on how HubSpot can aid their business growth.
  • Manage a pipeline of primarily outbound prospects (around 80%) and inbound leads.
  • Qualify prospects’ business goals to assess HubSpot as a strategic investment.
  • Achieve net new business closure at or above quota.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to execute sales strategies as products evolve.
  • Contribute ideas to advance company culture and values.
