Requirements
- Experience with Kotlin, Java, or Scala, and familiarity with cloud infrastructure (ideally AWS).
- Experience in designing, developing, and testing software.
- Extensive hands-on experience designing and developing high-volume/low-latency services.
- Business and operational awareness.
- Good communication skills and emotional intelligence, able to work in a diverse team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver across the SDLC to build a highly scalable distributed system.
- Assist in defining the team's roadmap in line with the company and technology vision.
- Architect services and systems using well accepted design patterns.
- Design, implement, test, deploy, and support products and services.
- Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback.
- Guide the team to write production-ready code that is easily testable and understood.
- Anticipate and communicate blockers and delays within team projects.
- Contribute to existing documentation and drive best practices.
