Responsibilities
- Orchestrate project deliveries to ensure alignment with product goals and customer satisfaction.
- Direct communications between teams, stakeholders, and clients regarding work priorities, backlogs, and blockers.
- Facilitate sprint planning and work prioritization in 1-2 week intervals.
- Conduct discovery processes to map out project requirements and define project scope.
- Monitor project progress and report on outcomes using OKRs and reporting tools.
- Coordinate meetings and foster a collaborative environment to prevent knowledge silos.
