Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, solutions consulting, account management, or a similar customer-facing role within enterprise software.
  • Demonstrated experience deploying and operating software solutions, beyond managing customer relationships alone.
  • Experience with solution design, technical demonstrations, proof of concepts, and customer evaluations.
  • Strong understanding of customer value management, adoption strategies, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Ability to analyze usage data and convert insights into actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management, communication, presentation, and executive relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced scale-up environment with ownership of priorities and outcomes.
  • Experience collaborating with global teams across different time zones.
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing is preferred.
  • Familiarity with implementation partners, delivery teams, or post-sales operations is a plus.
  • Interest or experience in building and mentoring future customer success teams is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Own the complete customer journey, including onboarding, adoption, value realization, retention, and expansion strategies.
  • Define customer success objectives and establish clear value frameworks aligned with business goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Deliver quantified insights into customer impact, including efficiency improvements, reduced training efforts, increased adoption, and operational benefits.
  • Partner with Sales teams on new opportunities and expansions by supporting solution design, technical evaluations, proof of concepts, security reviews, and proposal processes.
  • Lead hands-on customer delivery activities, including configuration, deployment, adoption measurement, and post-launch optimization.
  • Develop renewal strategies, identify expansion opportunities, manage customer risks, and maintain accurate forecasts.
  • Analyze customer usage data and translate insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders and budget owners.
  • Build trusted relationships with enterprise customers, including senior executives, business leaders, and technical teams.
  • Collaborate with distributed teams across regions to ensure consistent customer outcomes and successful implementations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer programs, processes, and post-sales strategies as the market grows.
