Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 7+ years of experience in cloud engineering, site reliability engineering, DevOps, or related technical roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and cloud-native technologies.
- Expertise with infrastructure-as-code tools including Terraform and configuration management solutions such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, containerized environments, and modern cloud deployment practices.
- Experience implementing SRE principles, including SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, incident management, and reliability practices.
- Proficiency with monitoring and observability platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, or similar solutions.
- Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or comparable platforms.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Go, or similar, with experience using Git-based workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure across platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Develop infrastructure-as-code solutions using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and other automation frameworks.
- Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to improve system reliability, availability, performance, and operational maturity.
- Build and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Deploy and manage applications using Kubernetes and Helm, ensuring efficient container orchestration and lifecycle management.
- Design and improve CI/CD pipelines to automate software and infrastructure delivery processes.
- Create automation scripts and internal tools to streamline operations and improve engineering productivity.
- Mentor and support other engineers by sharing technical knowledge, improving engineering practices, and promoting continuous learning.
