Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Business, Marketing, Education or a related discipline; MBA/postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of international business development experience.
- At least 5 years in a senior commercial leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully developing international markets and delivering significant commercial growth.
- Demonstrated experience in franchise development, channel development, or strategic partnerships.
- Extensive global network across education, certification, assessment, or EdTech sectors.
- Experience engaging C-level executives and government officials.
- Strong understanding of international education ecosystems and English language assessment markets.
- Advanced written and spoken English (C2 level desirable).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or equivalent CRM platforms.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally on a regular basis.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the global commercial growth strategy for the LANGUAGECERT Test of English (LTE).
- Identify, evaluate and prioritize high-potential international markets for LTE expansion.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective investors, franchise partners, distributors and strategic business partners globally.
- Lead commercial negotiations and secure franchise, licensing and strategic partnership agreements.
- Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with government agencies, universities, and corporate learning providers.
- Monitor global market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations.
- Maintain an accurate global opportunity pipeline and sales forecasts using CRM systems.
