Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, business operations, FP&A, or related roles.
- Proven track record of informing growth or go-to-market strategies through quantitative financial analysis.
- Deep understanding of unit economics metrics including LTV, CAC, payback periods, and cohort analyses.
- Experience building, owning, and maintaining scenario-based top-line forecasts.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience building granular financial models to analyze complex datasets using SQL or BI tools.
- Ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights for non-finance partners.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally to evaluate trade-offs and drive operational accountability.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Health Plans and Partnerships teams to shape growth strategy.
- Evaluate strategic trade-offs using unit economics, financial modeling, and data analysis.
- Drive strategic decision-making within a complex healthcare services marketplace.
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance partners.
- Balance short-term efficiency with long-term organizational impact.
- Test strategic assumptions and drive operational accountability across teams.
