How We Work

You can choose a flexible hybrid schedule at our NYC office or work fully remotely. Our remote team spans 20 states, from California to New York. We cover travel expenses for remote employees to visit the NYC office 4-6 times annually. We are a fully vaccinated workplace, prioritizing team health and safety. Engineering at DonorsChoose

You will build and maintain a robust platform that connects donors with classrooms. Our technology stack includes Amazon, Cloudflare, Let's Encrypt, and reCAPTCHA. We utilize Fivetran to ingest data from diverse sources into a Redshift data warehouse. We transform data using dbt and visualize insights with Looker. You help integrate school district technology guidelines into our platform, ensuring teachers request compliant hardware and software. Your work ensures a smooth, secure, and impactful user experience for millions.
