Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to build for scale while maintaining user empathy.
- Experience crafting intuitive experiences for both customers and internal agents.
- Ability to thrive in complexity, balancing high-level strategy with granular workflow debugging.
- Strong product intuition combined with analytical rigor for data-driven decision-making.
- Ownership mindset with the ability to bring order to ambiguity.
- Excellent storytelling and synthesis skills to align stakeholders and drive roadmap adoption.
- Experience in customer support platforms or internal tools (preferred).
- Experience scaling service operations with AI and automation (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Deeply understand customer and agent needs through research, data, and constant iteration.
- Champion operational excellence by working with Servicing and Operations teams to streamline workflows and reduce complexity.
- Design scalable AI and automation solutions to boost agent efficiency and reduce contact volume.
- Drive an ambitious product roadmap, prioritizing impactful opportunities from concept to launch.
- Define product strategy informed by market trends, competitive analysis, behavioral data, and frontline feedback.
- Instrument metrics and success criteria to drive performance improvements through experimentation.
- Build scalable systems to support business growth and evolving contact channels.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Ops, and Legal to drive cross-functional alignment.
- Navigate tradeoffs and lead with conviction in a fast-paced environment.
