Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, project management, product management, or process improvement.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex enterprise system implementation projects (e.g., NetSuite, ServiceNow, HR, and Payroll Systems).
- Proven experience delivering enterprise SaaS or system integration projects across multiple business units.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze business processes and workflows.
- Experience in executive-level stakeholder management, reporting, and presentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio).
- PMP certification is preferred.
- ServiceNow or NetSuite certifications are preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple, changing priorities in an entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple enterprise-level projects of medium-to-large size simultaneously through the project life cycle.
- Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with executive sponsors.
- Facilitate requirement gathering, process mapping, and solution design workshops across departments.
- Manage cross-functional teams, external vendors, and third-party developers.
- Oversee UAT planning, coordination, and execution.
- Track budgets, manage change control, and provide status updates to leadership.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and critical path issues.
- Develop executive-level reporting on project health, ROI, and strategic alignment.
