Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal academic/vocational qualification.
- 8+ years of relevant experience managing full-service clinical trials.
- Demonstrated knowledge of non-interventional studies.
- Strong understanding of project management principles (time, quality, cost) and financial acumen.
- Technical competency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency with clinical trial systems such as CTMS, Preclarus, or Clarity.
- Ability to delegate and prioritize workload in a changing environment.
- Advanced knowledge of clinical development guidelines and directives.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills for complex and ambiguous situations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact between the sponsor and the organization at the project level.
- Ensure escalation pathways are adhered to internally and externally.
- Accountable for the overall delivery of the cross-functional project including time, cost, and quality.
- Ensure financial stewardship at a project level, including resource alignment, management of Out of Scope activity, and budget negotiations.
- Establish, communicate, and manage customer expectations.
- Drive risk identification and issue resolution using RBQM/RESOLVE frameworks.
- Ensure project team compliance with organizational policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and regulatory requirements.
