  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in clinical/healthcare operations.
  • Demonstrated, hands-on experience in scheduling, budgets, and cross-functional coordination within clinical operations.
  • Strong program and process-design skills, shown through a program management certification or 2+ years of project management experience.
  • Experience building and maintaining SOPs, governance documentation, and decision-informing reporting.
  • High comfort level with modern productivity and data tools including Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Salesforce, Airtable, and BI dashboards.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate across multiple fast-moving workstreams simultaneously without losing track of details.
  • Strong documentation skills, with the ability to create and maintain clear, reusable, well-organized documentation.
  • Extreme organization, with the ability to manage and maintain large databases and datasets accurately.
  • Ability to establish a process and cadence for audits, ensuring data and documentation stay accurate and current over time.
  • Experience in reproductive and/or hormonal health (fertility, pregnancy, menopause, low testosterone, gender-affirming care) and related coverage/benefit policies (nice to have).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the operations point person across GCO sub-teams, keeping frameworks, timelines, and ways of working consistent.
  • Coordinate the GCO components of new projects end-to-end: identify stakeholders, track deliverables, and keep work moving across global clinical operations, product, and other partner teams.
  • Track spend against program budgets, flagging variances to leadership.
  • Spot and help close gaps or silos between GCO sub-teams by maintaining regular alignment touchpoints.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting infrastructure that give leadership real-time visibility into program status, trends, and open decisions.
  • Pull together monthly operational updates, synthesizing data from Jira, Zendesk, Airtable, Salesforce, BI tools, and other program analytics into clear, actionable summaries.
  • Help connect operational metrics to clinical and business outcomes so leadership has a clear line of sight from day-to-day activity to impact.
  • Serve as a connector between GCO and commercial, GTM, and customer success teams, ensuring the right subject-matter expert is looped into RFPs, RFIs, and retention/expansion conversations.
  • Ensure feedback from client-facing teams is incorporated into GCO program planning and prioritization.
  • Identify opportunities to use AI tools, automation, and workflow improvements to save the team time and reduce manual work.
