Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Management experience.
- Experience building and scaling public APIs, developer platforms, or partner/integration ecosystems.
- Strong technical fluency to collaborate with engineers on API design and architecture trade-offs.
- Ability to work in a metrics and experimentation-driven organization.
- Comfortable setting up and shaping a new team process and scope.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across distributed time zones.
- Analytical problem-solving skills with experience structuring and processing data.
- Ability to balance big-picture strategy with detailed execution.
- Experience in transportation/logistics, B2B, or Marketplace products is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for Platform & Integrations, including public API and partner ecosystem.
- Manage the Public API Update and Change Management Policy to ensure clear communication and minimal disruption.
- Identify, prioritize, and build new connections with external partners and integration providers.
- Work with engineering and design to execute on the platform vision, ensuring alignment with other internal product group leads.
- Define and track platform health, adoption, and API usage metrics.
- Manage the design system and UX information architecture, partnering with the Design Council to maintain consistency.
- Communicate roadmap progress, learnings, and challenges to executive leadership.
