Requirements
- 8-10+ years of product management experience shipping complex, technically demanding products end-to-end.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and scaled organizations.
- Fluency in AI/ML concepts: model evaluation, agent architectures, RAG, prompt engineering, quality measurement, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
- Track record of making prioritization decisions in high-ambiguity environments.
- Strong first-principles thinking.
- Ability to articulate the trade-off between AI-driven decisions and deterministic control.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT in a professional workflow.
- Comfort with both technical architecture and creative ambiguity.
- Exceptional communication and influence skills.
- Technical degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience building or managing evaluation and quality infrastructure for AI/ML systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for an AI-native product through user research, first-principles thinking, and prioritization.
- Ship incrementally, treating AI capabilities as iterative product bets.
- Establish clear success metrics and evaluation frameworks focused on speed, trust, accuracy, and usability.
- Define standards and best practices for building AI capabilities within the organization.
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships with engineering, design, and data science teams.
- Work with GTM partners to define positioning, messaging, and sales/customer success enablement.
- Mentor and develop other product managers.
- Utilize AI tools to gain insights into limitations and possibilities for product decision-making.
