Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience in enterprise-scale environments.
- Proven experience defining and owning developer-facing API surfaces or extensibility layers.
- Track record of managing non-functional requirements (scale, reliability, security) as core product features.
- Experience building for both human and programmatic/agentic consumers.
- Experience in enterprise SaaS within regulated industries.
- Strong ability to lead and set direction through technical authority without formal reports.
- Excellent written communication skills for producing engineering specs and strategy documents.
- Collaborative experience working with Engineering, Design, and Data Science as equal partners.
- Familiarity with agent frameworks or MCP-style surfaces is a plus.
- Background in financial services, compliance, or legal technology is preferred.
- Experience commercializing AI/ML capabilities is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and roadmap for Conduct’s agentic and platform capabilities.
- Define the API surface, workflow configuration, and programmatic contracts.
- Build the platform extensibility model and developer-facing documentation.
- Own non-functional requirements as product surfaces, including scale, performance, and security.
- Translate regulatory and diligence requirements into product roadmaps.
- Ensure agentic workflows meet auditability and explainability standards.
- Partner with Engineering, AI/ML, and Data Science to define product priorities.
