Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 6-8+ years of experience in client success, account management, or related roles in advertising/marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising products including programmatic, social, display, video, and native formats.
- Proficiency in CRM and project management tools such as Salesforce and Asana.
- Ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients to understand business objectives.
- Partner with internal creative, strategy, and media teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of campaigns.
- Monitor performance metrics and proactively address issues to optimize campaign efforts.
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients, setting expectations and providing necessary support.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive strategic account growth.
- Deliver regular campaign performance reports and translate data into actionable strategic recommendations.
- Represent the voice of the client internally to influence product and service development.
- Drive high levels of client satisfaction and retention through proactive relationship management.
