Requirements
- 7+ years in Solution Engineering, enterprise consulting, or solution architecture.
- Meaningful experience within Insurance, Wealth & Asset Management, or Banking.
- Demonstrated success supporting complex Salesforce transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Insurance capabilities, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce.
- Strong analytical skills to translate business processes into practical solution designs.
- Excellent discovery, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
- Strong ability to collaborate with sales, industry, and delivery leadership.
- Practical knowledge of financial-services operating models and regulatory constraints.
- Salesforce certifications highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to qualify opportunities and shape technical strategy.
- Lead discovery sessions to understand business processes, regulatory considerations, and desired outcomes.
- Design scalable solutions leveraging Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Insurance, Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Develop prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and executive presentations tailored to financial-services scenarios.
- Lead the technical components of proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and Statements of Work.
- Collaborate with Delivery leaders and Solution Architects to ensure proposed solutions are practical and implementable.
- Contribute to reusable demonstrations, reference architectures, and presales collateral.
