Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, Solution Engineering, or enterprise solution architecture.
- Proven success building or leading a Solution Engineering function within a consulting partner or enterprise-platform organization.
- Strong record of supporting and winning complex, multi-workstream consulting engagements.
- Deep fluency in Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce).
- Expertise in enterprise integration patterns and industry-specific cloud solutions.
- Ability to establish repeatable methods for discovery, estimation, pricing, and governance.
- Experience managing and coaching senior Solution Engineering professionals.
- Demonstrated commercial judgment, including scope control, risk management, and competitive positioning.
- Executive presence with the ability to communicate complex concepts to client executives.
- Experience operating in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, Data Cloud Consultant, etc.) strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build, lead, coach, and scale a high-performing Solution Engineering organization.
- Define clear roles, coverage models, engagement rules, and capacity priorities.
- Establish consistent standards for opportunity discovery, solution shaping, demonstrations, estimation, and pricing support.
- Partner with Account Executives on qualification, technical win plans, and pursuit execution for complex opportunities.
- Lead or participate in strategic client pursuits, executive workshops, and demonstrations.
- Provide executive-level quality control across proposals, estimates, and Statements of Work.
- Identify and scale AI-enabled tools and practices to improve Solution Engineering productivity.
