Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce development and integration experience (Apex, LWC).
- Experience leading declarative configurations (Flows, OmniStudio).
- Experience progressing configurations/customizations from sandbox to production using formal SDLC/Agile.
- Proficiency in Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Metadata).
- Understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 4 years of professional corporate work experience.
- Demonstrated success in leading large and complex projects.
- Strong analytical, design, and coding skills.
- Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with a strong work ethic.
- Periodic on-call support availability.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Salesforce orgs.
- Apply DevSecOps formal processes and tools within the Salesforce environment.
- Formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding.
- Design, code, test, debug, and document programs, subroutines, and scripts.
- Develop and implement system test plans and data verification methods.
- Respond to system failures and performance events to minimize downtime.
- Act as an expert technical resource to development staff across all project phases.
