Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of engineering leadership experience in hardware-centric product organizations.
- 4+ years of experience at the Senior Director, VP, or equivalent executive level.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering organizations of 30+ people.
- Track record of delivering products and programs that create measurable business value.
- Experience leading multiple product launches in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Full product lifecycle expertise, including architecture, development, deployment, and operations.
- Strong experience in budgeting, capital allocation, and portfolio prioritization.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and influence across all organizational levels.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute AMP's technology vision, strategy, and roadmap in support of commercial objectives.
- Align engineering teams around priorities, goals, and measures of success.
- Lead and scale engineering functions including Facility Engineering, R&D, and Software Infrastructure.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain exceptional engineering talent and leadership.
- Drive execution of hardware, software, and systems engineering programs to ensure timely product delivery.
- Establish engineering best practices and quality systems to support scalable growth.
- Partner with the executive team to shape technology strategy and manage budgets and capital investments.
