Job Details

10-15 years of professional finance experience.
Substantial experience in FP&A leadership and business-unit finance ownership.
Background supporting multi-service consulting, communications, data, or life sciences organizations with revenues of $300M+.
Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or CPA preferred.
Deep knowledge of client finance, project management, revenue recognition, and financial controls.
Experience with ERP systems, financial planning tools, and data visualization platforms such as Infor and Power BI.
Ability to influence senior business leaders and challenge assumptions constructively.
Demonstrated capability to operate effectively in ambiguous or fast-changing environments.
Strong leadership skills with experience attracting, retaining, and developing talent.
Executive presence with solution-oriented communication.

Serve as a senior member of the Engagement Solutions Executive leadership team and act as the primary finance business partner.
Translate business strategy into financial plans, operating metrics, and resource allocation decisions.
Identify and communicate risks and opportunities to ensure revenue and EBITDA targets are met.
Lead annual budget processes and quarterly reforecasting using both top-down and bottom-up methods.
Partner with business-unit leaders to present monthly financial results and forecast updates.
Perform ad hoc qualitative and quantitative analysis to drive P&L and operational improvements.
Lead cross-functional finance and business transformation initiatives from concept through execution.
Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting packages to enhance decision-making.
