- Demonstrated experience leading complex technology solution development and enterprise-level innovation initiatives.
- Strong ability to develop business cases, technical solutions, and proposal artifacts.
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their practical applications within defense and government environments.
- Knowledge of IT functions, enterprise technology strategy, and information security best practices.
- Experience managing large budgets and technology investments effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives while meeting critical deadlines.
- Advanced degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute technology strategies supporting organizational goals and defense market growth.
- Drive expansion in defense markets by accelerating customer adoption of innovative solutions.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies including AI, automation, and digital capabilities.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive AI roadmap focused on high-impact initiatives and ROI.
- Advise senior executives on technology trends, innovation opportunities, and strategic mission objectives.
- Champion the adoption of AI, automation, and advanced digital tools for operational efficiency.
- Guide complex solution development and support creation of technology-driven proposals and business cases.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to integrate innovation initiatives into operations.
- Build strategic partnerships and innovation ecosystems to accelerate transformation.
- Manage technology investments, resources, and large-scale budgets.
