Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles with responsibility for business strategy and execution.
- 5+ years of experience working within the healthcare industry.
- Proven experience leading multifunctional organizations with at least 75 team members.
- Demonstrated success managing revenue growth, profitability, and business performance.
- Experience owning and managing a complete Profit and Loss statement.
- Strong sales orientation combined with product strategy and market development expertise.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to inspire teams, develop leaders, and create a high-performance culture.
- Growth mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-moving technology environment.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools, automation platforms, and emerging technologies.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% as required.
- Valid passport and eligibility to travel internationally.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a 5–10 year product and business strategy aligned with customer needs.
- Lead and inspire teams across sales, support, product development, and professional services.
- Build and strengthen a sales-driven culture focused on expanding market presence.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and executive stakeholders.
- Lead and develop an executive leadership team capable of delivering strategic initiatives.
- Own financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and P&L management.
- Present business plans and performance results to executive leadership teams.
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled tools and automation to improve efficiency.
- Represent the organization at industry events and strategic engagements.
