- Confidence in making a high volume of outbound calls.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Must be amenable to work on rotational shifts.
Responsibilities
- Screen applicants for warehouse and logistics positions, including Pick Packers, Process Workers, Forklift Drivers, and Truck Drivers.
- Conduct candidate interviews via Microsoft Teams.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including reference checks, police checks, inductions, and physical assessments.
- Answer incoming calls and assist candidates with shift enquiries, work opportunities, and call-ins.
- Manage shared inboxes and communicate with clients regarding absenteeism, staffing requests, and operational requirements.
- Update and maintain daily and weekly rosters.
- Provide after-hours support on weekends, public holidays, and as rostered.
