Requirements
- Current experience as a Senior Recruiter, TA/HR professional, or Recruitment Lead.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for sourcing, screening, interviewing, or managing candidates.
- Willingness to share honest, practical perspectives on what worked and what did not.
- Comfortable presenting in a casual, conversational, and live-streamed format.
- Ability to represent personal professional brand to an APAC-wide audience.
Responsibilities
- Participate as a guest speaker in a 60-90 minute monthly online sharing series.
- Share practical day-to-day experiences and insights regarding the use of AI tools in recruitment.
- Deliver a brief 10-minute personal sharing session during the event.
- Record a 30-second introductory video prior to the event.
- Create 2 LinkedIn posts to help promote the speaking event.
