Requirements
- At least 1 year of recruiting experience, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, fabrication, or skilled trades environments.
- Background in process outsourcing (BPO), staffing, or similar fast-paced industries is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
- Confident and professional, comfortable speaking with candidates via phone or video.
- Tech-savvy, experienced with CRMs, job boards, and social media sourcing.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Growth mindset and eager to learn.
- Familiarity with Bullhorn ATS is advantageous.
- Ability to work night shifts aligned with North American time zones.
- Stable internet connection and reliable work-from-home setup.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and prequalify candidates for technical and professional roles in industrial/manufacturing sectors.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Keep candidate records updated in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Partner with senior recruiters to meet hiring goals and deadlines.
- Contribute to team initiatives that enhance recruitment strategies and candidate experience.
