Responsibilities
- Conduct daily targeted searches on recruitment platforms like Indeed to connect with active accounting and legal talent.
- Craft and send tailored messages to candidates regarding market opportunities.
- Respond to candidate inquiries and conduct warm phone screenings to evaluate needs and motivations.
- Ask targeted questions to uncover candidate skills, qualifications, salary expectations, and preferences.
- Articulate the firm's value proposition to build trust with candidates.
- Document candidate details in the company CRM and perform structured handovers to Senior Consultants.
