Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in People Business Partner, HR Business Partner, Organizational Development, Management Consulting, or related strategic people leadership roles.
- At least 2–3 years operating at the Director, Principal, or equivalent senior leadership level.
- Demonstrated expertise in organizational design, change management, workforce planning, leadership consulting, and organizational effectiveness.
- Experience supporting high-growth AI, deep technology, biotechnology, research, or similarly complex, innovation-focused organizations.
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable frameworks, operating models, and strategic people initiatives within dynamic, rapidly changing organizations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field; advanced degrees such as an MBA, Master's, or PhD are advantageous.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategy directly to commercial objectives, product development, and organizational performance.
- Excellent consulting, influencing, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly analytical, execution-oriented, and comfortable operating in ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior business leaders to develop and execute strategic people plans that support long-term business, product, and commercial objectives.
- Lead organizational design and change management initiatives, creating scalable structures and operating models that improve organizational effectiveness.
- Diagnose organizational challenges, leadership dynamics, and team performance issues, providing tailored solutions.
- Develop customized talent, succession, and retention strategies by leveraging workforce insights.
- Prioritize and execute high-impact people initiatives that directly support business outcomes.
- Collaborate across departments including Finance, Information Security, Business Operations, and Marketing.
- Contribute to the evolution of the People Business Partner function by establishing scalable frameworks and best practices.
