Requirements
- Experience planning and producing large-scale, complex internal events for 500+ people.
- Background in corporate events, team member experience, or internal communications.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple high-visibility events.
- Confidence in partnering with and presenting to senior executives.
- Experience managing event budgets and working with production vendors or agencies.
- Familiarity with virtual and hybrid event platforms like Zoom Events.
- Ability to work in a high-autonomy, asynchronous remote environment.
- Interest in incorporating AI tools into productivity and event ideation.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead the internal events strategy, including assemblies, AMAs, Company Kick-Off, and virtual gatherings.
- Manage the end-to-end event lifecycle from concept and budgeting through to execution and post-event analysis.
- Build accessible and inclusive event experiences for a globally distributed, asynchronous workforce.
- Partner with the Executive Group and internal stakeholders to align programming with company priorities.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and platform partners.
- Produce high-quality team member stories for internal communications channels.
- Define and track success metrics using data and feedback to iterate on future programming.
